The Training Wheels approach is a (hopefully) memorable name for what we regularly do in training. Provide guidance and support for new learners, then as they practice, you can remove that support.
This module was created to train call center reps learn more about the home grown system they use to place an order for customers.

Here's a link to the published version of this example. Call center reps have the difficult task for handling purchase orders from different companies to place an order. These POs come in a wide range of formats, so this training begins with an interactive PO, then they continue to place the order.
This sample does not show it, but the ideal way to continue would be to continue the training with no prompts for the second example. We'll discuss this approach and more in the live session.
